Ken brings with him over 15 years in the hospitality consulting space with expertise in traditional hotels, resorts, and casinos.
He enjoys building revenue focused teams from the ground up and working with property management teams to bring maximization to the next level. He’s worked with leading brands on major projects throughout North America, Caribbean, and Latin America.
As revenue management has become a greater focus for the industry, Ken’s expertise in complicated total revenue management for destination resorts, boutique luxury resorts and casinos where the optimization of various customer segments is essential to overall revenue performance.
Prior to starting Revenue Optimization, Ken was VP Revenue Management for SLS Las Vegas, where he converted the property from a Hilton brand to Starwood, and the further conversion of a tower to the W Hotel. Before his time in Las Vegas, he spent 8 years as VP Revenue Management for Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas, running revenue management and distribution across 7 towers, 3,906 rooms, a world-class casino, and a 141-acre waterpark.
Prior professional roles and accomplishments include a tenure as SVP Consulting and Business Development for Rainmaker, where he led revenue management initiatives for the casino industry including Caesars Entertainment, Wynn, and pilot programs at MGM, Boyd Gaming, and Island of Capri. He spent 10 years in the traditional revenue management space with Omni Hotels and Intercontinental Hotels Group, where he served both North and South America.
Ken is a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) and studied at Algonquin College in Ottawa. He is also a board member for the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Las Vegas chapter.
